These are the Terms & Conditions of Miniatures Wallpapers by TASTSIDIS DIMITRIOS GEORGIOU. All items on this site are collectors items, not suitable for little children. We have taken great care in presenting the products on our website as accurately as possible. However, the images you see will depend on your monitor’s display and color capabilities. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that the product images you see accurately represent the actual products. Before you place an order you should read the following: Acceptance of your order, Delivery Information and Returns Policy. These pages form part of these terms and conditions and contain important information about your order.
By submitting an order to us through our website, you represent and warrant that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct and that when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full. If the Billing details for your order are the same as your Delivery address details, by placing an order on the website you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Delivery address details. Otherwise, by placing an order, you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing details.
ACCEPTANCE OF ORDER
Shortly after you have placed an order with us by pressing the ‘Make a Payment Button’ an email will be sent to you acknowledging the exact details of your order. This email is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from Miniatutes Wallpapers.
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and Miniatures Wallpapers will occur when your order is dispatched unless you have cancelled the order by the Order Cancellation instructions below.
Non – acceptance of an order may be result of one of the following
1. The product you ordered is out of stock.
2. Our inability to obtain authorization for your payment.
3. The identification of a pricing or product description error.
4. Failure to meet the eligibility to order criteria set out in the Terms and Conditions.
We reserve the right to cancel within 24 hours of receiving the order if a territory has become a problem for the dispatch of our goods. A full refund would be given immediately after the order has been cancelled by us and the customer has given notice of the cancellation.
We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that we feel the customer has a bad past in transactions with us.
ORDER CANCELLATION
If you wish to cancel your order please contact Miniatures Wallpapers As Soon As Possible by:
Emailing to info@miniatureswallpapers.com to us to state your intention to cancel the order .It may not always be possible to stop an order from being dispatched, as we endeavour to process orders immediately.Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after delivery
Where your order is returned to us within 14 working days of your delivery, or you notify us by email of your wish to cancel your order within this period, the cost of your order will be refunded minus our actual post & packing charge in sending out your order.

Product Availability / Information
We feature products on our website that have been carefully selected for Online Shopping. Once an item is sold out it will be taken off the website at the earliest opportunity and may not be available again if it’s aout of Stock. Prices of products may change from time to time. If items that you order are out of stock, subject to a delay or the price is higher than that shown on your order, we will try to contact you at the email address you provided when placing your order. If we cannot contact you or receive no response to our email, we will continue to process the remaining items on your order. All items are subject to availability
